The Program is designed to be fun and challenging as the participants are partnered with a horse. The value of partnering with horses as a teaching tool to learn new skills has been proven to be effective with both youths and adults.

Horses are the masters of leadership and teamwork. The skills and behaviors needed to partner successfully with our horses are the same skills and behaviors that participants will recognize as necessary for building healthy, strong relationships both at the workplace and in their own personal lives.

Participants work as team, making their way through objective-based obstacles, allowing each team member to learn as they go! This hand-on learning experience focuses on the importance of leadership, clear communication, active listening, respecting others boundaries and communication styles.

This 9 week program is designed to promote and strengthen effective life skills that will help participants move forward in a confident, mindful manner, secure in their own abilities.
