Tipsy is a 21 yr old quarter horse mare who is retired from helping both adults and children learn to ride. Tipsy used to compete in several disciplines and she works hard for her team to get the desired results. Her quiet demeanour assists her as head mare of herd, demanding respect with a gentle touch.
