Sandy Baigent

I have worked alongside my husband David on our family farm for over 30 years.  I am thankful to have been able to raise our three sons on our farm.  Living and working on a small family farms has provided our family with a healthy respect for nature and we  understand the importance of  being a caretaker  to our land and  animals.

I have helped support our family by working off the farm.  I have successfully ran my own safety consulting company since 1999.

I am a firm believer that we cannot let our past experiences dictate our future paths.  The inner strength  required to survive and "thrive" in my life despite those early experiences has empowered me to become the person I am today.

I know that all of my past experiences have led me to to this place in my life.  I enjoy interacting with our participants and our horses and am thankful that I get to work with my sister Sherry as there is no one else in this world that gets me like she does!

My Story

I came to realize throughout my years as a wife, mother and business owner that some of my early childhood coping mechanisms were not always healthy or effective in adult relationships.  I spent a considerable amount of time and effort in trying to improve my own emotional well being.  It was the opportunity to learn more effective and productive life skills that originally caught my interest when Sherry began facilitating this Life Skills program.

I can attest that our program will provide an opportunity for individuals to experience life changing moments.
